I’m obsessed with turmeric and have also started using probiotics on a regular basis. I also take fish oils and a multi-vitamin to help my immune system and felt so much stronger after a week or so on these supplements! Really interesting point about caffeine too…I tend to avoid it as I’m worried about the effect on my adrenals but it does definitely provide that jolt of energy needed to keep motivated!
